01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 777wc online gaming platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an account, depositing PKR, placing any wager or using any feature of the platform — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. • You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended or terminated by 777wc for a breach of these terms.

• You understand that gaming involves real money risk and that winnings are not guaranteed.

777wc reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. This may include a copy of your CNIC, passport or another government-issued identification document. Failure to provide acceptable documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension until the verification is completed satisfactorily.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each person may hold only one registered account on 777wc. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If any of your details change after registration, you must update them promptly via your account settings or by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. 777wc will never ask for your password by email, phone or live chat. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 777wc support immediately and change your password.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Do not allow another person to access your 777wc account.
• Use a strong, unique password that you don't use on other sites.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

777wc may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. This process helps protect our players and maintain platform integrity. Accounts that fail KYC verification will not be able to withdraw until the process is satisfactorily completed.

04 Deposits & Payments

777wc operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, wagers, winnings and transactions are denominated in PKR. The platform supports the following deposit methods, all of which process in PKR directly:

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended. 777wc does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency payments.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of your transaction. 777wc does not charge platform-side fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly for their applicable fees.

Once a deposit has been confirmed and credited to your 777wc balance, it cannot be reversed at your request. If you believe a deposit has not been credited correctly, contact support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds return to their verified source. Withdrawal amounts are paid in PKR with no currency conversion at any stage of the process.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must complete identity verification. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC and a selfie for comparison. This is a standard process and is required for all accounts regardless of withdrawal amount. Accounts that have not completed verification will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until the process is completed.

• Withdrawals are only paid to verified account holders — no third-party payments.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are listed on the Withdrawal page.
• Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically fastest; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during non-business hours may be queued for the next processing window.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

777wc reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is a routine security measure and does not imply wrongdoing. If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing window, please contact support with your transaction details for an update.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

777wc offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time as part of its player experience. Each bonus or promotion comes with its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games and expiry periods — which are published alongside the offer when it is active. The general rules set out in this section apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered accounts only — one bonus per person, per household, per device and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Attempting to abuse a bonus — through matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.
• 777wc reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

• Bonus funds are used first when placing wagers — real money balance is used only once bonus funds are exhausted, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.

07 Gameplay & Fair Use

All games available on the 777wc platform — including slots, fish games, live casino tables and classic table games — are supplied by independent certified game providers. The random number generation (RNG) systems underpinning all non-live games are certified by the respective providers and have not been modified at the platform level. Game outcomes are determined solely by the providers' certified systems.

• Game results are final once the round has concluded and the result has been registered by the provider's system.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault, the round may be voided and any stake returned to your balance. This decision rests with the game provider's system and 777wc will apply whatever outcome the provider's system records.
• Using any software, script, bot, automated tool or exploit to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes — including collusion with other players at live tables — will result in immediate account suspension.

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you may raise a dispute with support by providing the game name, round ID, time and date of the round and the outcome you received. 777wc will refer the dispute to the relevant game provider for review. The provider's determination on game results is final.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777wc. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account — whether under your own identity or a false one.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or any verification process.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means to deposit on the platform — including proceeds of fraud or theft.
• Attempting to launder money through gaming activity on 777wc.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script or software to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, system bug or misconfigured game to obtain credits or winnings that would not otherwise be available.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes at live tables.
• Selling, transferring or purchasing 777wc accounts.
• Accessing the platform using VPNs, proxies or other tools to disguise your location or identity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract any component of the 777wc platform.

If 777wc identifies prohibited activity on an account, the account will be suspended without prior notice. Any balance at the time of suspension may be withheld pending investigation. 777wc cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation relating to fraudulent or criminal activity involving the platform.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

777wc reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity.
• Account inactivity — if your account has had no login activity for an extended period, 777wc may classify it as dormant. You will be notified before any administrative action is taken on a dormant account.
• At your own request — you may request account closure at any time by contacting support.
• Self-exclusion request made through responsible gaming tools.

If your account is closed at your own request and your balance has been verified, any withdrawable funds will be processed back to your last verified payment method after applicable checks. If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Players who have self-excluded should not attempt to open a new account during their exclusion period. If a self-excluded player successfully registers a new account, any winnings accumulated during that period may be voided.

10 Responsible Gaming
